The London School of Economics chose Christ's College Finchley to be one of the first school partners in a new project the university has established called LSE Connect. The LSE are funding this project with the aim of encouraging students and in particular boys, to aim for the very best universities in the country. There are only four other schools involved in this project in the UK at the moment and so we feel highly honoured to have been asked.
The LSE is one of the top universities in the world with a huge reputation and this partnership enables Christ's College Finchley to have access to a huge range of people at the university, their facilities and programmes. Our aim is that as many students of all ages, parents and staff at the school have access to the programme.
The virtual world opens up new opportunities for learning and creativity, but it also means thinking ahead of new risks. This course sets out the basic elements of good practice to keep you safe when using technology.
